How can I edit my Profile?

1. Login using your username and password.
2. Click on ‘My Account’
3. Change what you wish to change e.g. upload a new profile picture
4. Scroll to the bottom
8. Click ‘Save’

 

How can I update my listing without having to set up a new one or pay again?

1. Login using your username and password.

2. Click on ‘My Listings’

3. Click ‘More Details’

4. Click ‘Edit this Listing’ – orange button at top of listing

5. Select ‘Listing Details’

6. Edit the parts you wish to change

7. Scroll to the bottom

8. Click ‘Save Listing’

9. Your listing will now go to Pending and may say “This listing is awaiting payment and is NOT live.” If you are due to make a payment and wish to use PayPal you can click on the ‘Make Payment’ button BUT if you are within date do not click ‘Make Payment’ or worry about the payment aspect. If you are up to date with payment our administrator will override this when your listing is approved – usually within the day or next business day.

10. Log out to finish (Our administrator checks most days for listings set to pending. If your listing is not active by noon the following working day – please drop her a note to enquiries@suffolkassoccounselling.org to let her know.

 

How can I activate the ‘Visit Website’ button that some have on their listings?

1. Login using your username and password.
2. Click on ‘My Listings’
3. Click ‘More Details’
4. Click ‘Edit this Listing’ – orange button at top of listing
5. Select ‘Listing Details’
6. Scroll to foot of page to below ‘Training Providers’
7. Fill in your full web address in the box under ‘Visit Website’ e. http://www.yoursite.co.uk
8. Click ‘Save Listing’
9. Your listing will now go to Pending and may say “This listing is awaiting payment and is NOT live.” Do not click ‘Make Payment’ or worry about the payment aspect.
